Mizell looking for personal care item donations to aid homebound seniors

The Mizell Center is hoping to help this holiday season and needs your donations.

The center, located at 480 South Sunrise Way, is asking for help to “put smiles on the faces of 300 homebound seniors with a gift bag full of personal care items.”

Specifically, Mizell is looking for people to buy an extra full-size (not travel size) shampoo, toothpaste or other personal care item or items the next time they go shopping. The donations can be dropped off at the front desk of Mizell until December 3.
