Crews will perform diamond grinding operations along the route — which runs through the Vista Chino and Gene Autry Trail corridors — to improve the smoothness of the road surface and overall driving conditions.

The work will require temporary closure of the No. 1 lane in segments of approximately two miles at a time, with specific locations shifting each night.
