Palm Canyon Theatre is set to stage the classic musical “Brigadoon,” a tale of a mythical Scottish village that comes to life once every 100 years. The production, featuring a cast of 41 local performers, will run from September 15 through 24.

“Brigadoon” tells the story of Americans Jeff and Tommy who, during a hunting trip, stumble upon the magical town. Tommy, played by Paul Grant, falls for local woman Fiona, portrayed by Se Layne, and is faced with the decision of returning to his familiar life or embracing love in this mysterious place. Luke Rainey performs as Jeff Douglass. Grant is known for his role as Charlie Dalrymple in a national tour of Brigadoon directed by Rob Marshal.
