Introducing the New DAP Health Website

After months of thoughtful planning, design, and development, the community health center is proud to unveil its newly revamped website.

The new DAP Health website was shaped by patient feedback and launched after a year-long process.

The newly launched, refreshed digital experience at dapheath.org represents much more than just a new look — it’s the most important marketing tool the nonprofit has, and the primary way tens of thousands of people connect with the organization every month.

Whether you’re a current or future patient, a donor, an employee, a community partner, or simply a curious community member seeking more information, the website is designed to be comprehensive and user-friendly. It reflects DAP Health’s commitment to accessibility, transparency, and community impact, and the team is excited for you to explore everything this greatly improved resource has to offer.

Local reporting and journalism you can count on.

At DAP Health, our mission is clear: advance health equity and remove barriers to care. And today, that mission takes another big step forward.

For nearly a year, our Marketing and Communications team has worked side by side with patients, providers, staff, and our community to redesign daphealth.org into a powerful, patient-centered resource.

We listened

Through surveys, interviews, and focus groups, we heard what wasn’t working. Patients struggled to find providers and services. Navigation was confusing. Important tools like language access and accessibility didn’t exist. And the site wasn’t fully optimized for mobile, even though most of our patients visit us on their phones. The result is a brand-new DAP Health website — shaped by your feedback.

Here’s what’s new

  • Streamlined Navigation with clear categories like Find Care, Become a Patient, Find a Doctor, and Pay My Bill.
  • One-click Spanish translation and a sticky tool that works across the site.
  • Integrated MyChart access for appointments, health records, and billing.
  • Mobile optimization so it works seamlessly on any device.
  • Expanded services hubs for Mental Health, Diabetes, Senior Health, HPV & Anal Health, and Sexual & Reproductive Health.
  • A searchable Find a Doctor directory by specialty, location, and languages spoken.
  • Simple support tools with prominent Donate and Careers buttons, powered by AI.
  • Accessibility upgrades with full WCAG compliance and UserWay tools.
  • Stronger security with HIPAA-compliant forms.
  • Faster performance with improved load speed, SEO, and modular design for easy updates.

Even the details matter

Terminology now reflects how patients search — Find a Doctor instead of Find a Provider.

And high-demand services were renamed and reorganized — like Mental Health instead of Behavioral Health, and Primary & Family Care instead of just Primary Care.

We’ve also put a spotlight on community needs, with dedicated hubs for Diabetes Care, Senior Health, and overlooked but vital services like HPV and Anal Health.

Even the footer was redesigned — connecting you directly to locations, pharmacies, MyChart, Revivals stores, and customized email sign-ups.

Together, we’re building the future of DAP Health online — delivering trusted information and easier access to care, right in the palm of our community’s hands.
