Dolores Robinson to receive next star on Palm Springs Walk of the Stars
The veteran personal manager, recognized as the first Black female personal manager in film and television, will be honored March 13.
Dolores Robinson, a veteran Hollywood personal manager who represented some of the entertainment industry’s most recognized names, will receive the 485th star on the Palm Springs Walk of the Stars on Friday, March 13.
The public dedication ceremony is scheduled for 1 p.m. at 849 North Palm Canyon Drive in Downtown Palm Springs. The Palm Springs Chamber of Commerce, which oversees the Walk of the Stars program, will present Robinson with a star in the Entertainment category.

Robinson is credited as the first Black female personal manager in film and television. The Hollywood Reporter has named her among Hollywood’s top dealmakers.
Her client roster over the years included Martin Sheen, Wesley Snipes, Pierce Brosnan, Mark Wahlberg, Jada Pinkett Smith, Mariska Hargitay, and her daughter Holly Robinson Peete, among others.
Beyond managing talent, Robinson executive produced two television series and partnered with the late Blake Edwards to form Blake Edwards Entertainment.
In 2019, Palm Springs Women in Film honored Robinson with its Broken Glass Award for her work in the industry.
Since relocating to Palm Springs, Robinson has promoted the city on a national stage, including appearances on Hallmark Channel’s Home & Family. An episode of her reality series Meet the Peetes also documented her move to the community.
Robinson has remained active locally, previously serving on the board of Pegasus, a horse ranch that serves children with disabilities and autism. She is a member of Palm Springs Women in Film and has served as a keynote speaker at College of the Desert.
