Here’s how the week breaks down:

Architectural Review Committee (Monday, 5:30 p.m.)

PS Canyon Development LLC is seeking major architectural approval for a 174,891-square-foot last-mile delivery station warehouse at 63700 19th Ave. Staff recommends the committee adopt the environmental determination and approve the project with conditions.

The consent calendar includes two hillside homes. One is a 3,113-square-foot house on Lot 88 at 2639 City View Drive. The other is a 3,662-square-foot house, at a maximum height of 19 feet, on a 10,923-square-foot undeveloped lot along Vista Drive. The Vista Drive request also seeks a minor modification for a smaller front yard setback and added building height. Staff recommends approval of both.

Waste Reduction Subcommittee (Tuesday, 1 p.m.)

Members will continue discussing three draft goals. They are a “no single-use bottles” standard for select events, a “path to compliance” program and a “Resource-Smart Short-Term Rental” badge.

PSDS and city staff will report on the Oct. 17 shredding event. Liz Hernandez of PSDS will discuss compliance and audits.

Library Board of Trustees (Wednesday, 5:30 p.m.)

Trustees will receive an update on the library renovation. They also will consider adopting the 2027 meeting schedule. The consent calendar includes the Oct. 7 minutes and the library statistics report.

The board’s agenda says there will be no meeting Dec. 2. The next meeting is Jan. 6, 2027.
