Pride on the Page Book Festival

November 4 - November 5

Free

This two-day festival is a celebration of books written by LGBTQ+ affirming authors and for the LGBTQ+ community in November during Greater PS Pride. Our goal is to bring together thought-provoking, entertaining, and enriching subject- atter that communicates different viewpoints and represents various genres that will attract readers/people who have never experienced queer culture, and others who have made it the focus of their lives. Our panel moderators will lead the authors through discussions of their work, hearing from their point of view, helping attendees discover new authors or get reacquainted with long-time favorites!  The event will be in the historic Plaza Theatre in downtown Palm Springs and talks will be an hour each with a break between talks, allowing time for author book signings.

There will be something for everyone at Pride on the Page (www.prideonthepage.org) presented by the Palm Springs Public Library and the Palm Springs Public Library Foundation (www.pslibraryfoundation.org).

This event is scheduled from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on November 4 and 5 and has been moved to the historic Plaza Theatre.
