Desert Ensemble Theatre will present the Southern California premiere of “Kill the Editor,” an unrelenting and humorous exploration of the artistic process of creating a documentary for the Cannes Film Festival. The play is written by Aren Haun and features the directorial debut of Kudra Wagner. This is the second production in DET’s 2022/2023 season, featuring all West Coast playwrights.

“Kill the Editor” will run for two weekends, Jan. 27 through 29 and Feb. 3 through 5, with performances on Friday and Saturday at 7:30 p.m and performances on Saturday and Sunday at 2 p.m. Tickets are $35 and are on sale now.
