In A FUNNY THING HAPPENED ON THE WAY TO THE GYNECOLOGIC ONCOLOGY UNIT AT THE MEMORIAL SLOAN KETTERING CANCER CENTER OF NEW YORK CITY by Halley Feiffer, a young woman tries out her new stand-up comedy act for her mother in the ICU of the aforementioned hospital, not knowing she is being overheard.
