All meetings will continue to be livestreamed, and members of the public can make comments in person
(space permitting) or via telephone by calling (760) 325‐8760 no later than 4 p.m. on the day of the meeting to
be added to the public comments queue. Written comments to be forwarded to the Board can be sent to
[email protected] by noon on the day of each meeting.

All comments are to be directed to the Board, be under three minutes and shall be devoid of any personal
attacks. Members of the public are expected to maintain a professional, courteous decorum during public
comments. The Board does not respond to Public Comments.
