The Palm Springs Health Run & Fitness Expo features nationally recognized health and wellness speakers; healthy food demonstrations; and over 100 vendors showcasing the latest in nutrition, exercise techniques, and healthy food booths selling everything from smoothies to vegan specialties. Special events include the Playworks Game On – Tag Zone, a rock-climbing wall, walk on water Flowbox aerial trapeze artists and stilt walkers, a Media Superstar’s Food Challenge Demonstration, LifeStream Blood Bank Drive, and much more! 

The racecourse is a USA Track and Field certified 10K and 5K with every registrants receiving a timed run, breakfast, T-shirt, registration bag and a finisher’s medal. There’s also a 1K Fun Run for kids under 12, with each participant under 12 receiving a bib (not timed) and a finisher’s medal. The 5K is $35 and the 1K Fun Run is $10.
