The Palm Springs City Council holds its regular meeting tonight at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chamber at Palm Springs City Hall. During the meeting, new councilmembers will be sworn in and a new mayor (Grace Garner) and mayor pro tem (Jeffrey Bernstein) will be appointed.
