This Zoom event is facilitated by author Kathy Weyer. Memoir Writing Basics will help you record your most significant memories, beginning your memoir writing journey! You will receive writing tips from our class facilitator, author Kathy Weyer. She will discuss best practices for memoir writing, the challenges of writing in first-person, and other helpful information.

Registration is required as space is limited. Please email [email protected] or call (760) 416-6731 to register and for more information. This class meets on the second Wednesday of the month on Zoom from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. to discuss the theme for the month. There will be a different writing theme every month and a writing kit will be available for pick-up by registered participants starting on September 2, 2021. The kit includes a notebook, pen, course handout and a few other surprises. New participants may be added monthly as space allows. Presented in partnership with the Friends of the Palm Springs Library.
