A public meeting via Zoom is scheduled for May 10, 2022 at 5:30pm to seek community input on an application submitted to the City by Albert Howell of Ash, Inc; General Partner of Tommy Jacobs Bel Air Greens, LP, to convert the Tommy Jacobs Bel Air Greens golf course to single family residential uses. The project site is located at 1001 S El Cielo Rd.

The meeting will be recorded and the audio file will be available from the Office of the City Clerk and will be available on line via the Planning Department home page as soon as practicable after the meeting. Written notice of this meeting is being provided to all residents, (renters/occupants), property owners within 500 feet of the boundary of the golf course parcels and to all residents within any City-recognized Neighborhood Organization that is within 500 feet of the boundary of the golf course parcels.
