Mizell Center is excited to host a figure drawing salon, hosted by Mike Sheehan, Art Professor at
Fullerton College. The salon is open to artists at all levels who want to experience the rewards of
engaging with a live model. While the salon is uninstructed, help is available. This salon is intended to
be a supportive no pressure environment.

Mike Sheehan received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the Art Center College of Design in
Pasadena, California. He has had a career designing and illustrating for the theme park, toy, and
consumer products industries, including Walt Disney Imagineering, the Disney Stores and many others. His sketches of various subject matters around Los Angeles have been featured on KPCC’s Off-Ramp with John Rabe.

The salon will meet regularly on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month.
