Clear the Shelters is an annual nationwide pet adoption and donation campaign which is celebrating its eighth consecutive year. Since 2015, Clear the Shelters has helped more than 700,000 pets find new homes. In 2021 alone, the campaign resulted in more than 140,000 pet adoptions and raised more than $500,000!

Beginning on Friday and running through the weekend (or until the shelter is cleared) is the main Clear the Shelters event at Palm Springs Animal Shelter! We will have freebies to give away and adopters will have a chance to spin our Wheel of Prizes for awesome swag donated by the best animal-loving businesses in the Coachella Valley!

And remember, all month long, adoptions are free.
