Join the City of Palm Springs Parks and Recreation Department as it holds its annual Christmas program and toy giveaway at the James O. Jessie Desert Unity Center. There will be crafts, songs and games from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. Registration for the toy giveaway was due by Dec. 9.
