The Annual Palm Springs Chamber of Commerce State of the City and Awards Celebration at the Plaza Theatre kicks off with a food and wine reception from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m., followed by the program from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. The City Council will share new ideas and celebrate recent accomplishments.
