Center Stage

October 21 @ 5:30 pm - 9:00 pm

Our theme for this year’s CENTER STAGE gala, to be held on Friday, October 21, is “Together We Rise,” where we will celebrate the joyous union of solidarity among our LGBTQ+ and allied communities from Palm Springs to the Salton Sea amid these unprecedented times. The collective work of many individuals and organizations for our communities, for our valley, and for what is right exemplifies this theme not just in words but in action and results. In that spirit, we will honor Jeremy Hobbs of the Western Wind Foundation and Planned Parenthood of the Pacific Southwest for the tremendous impact both of these organizations continue to have in the Coachella Valley and beyond. LGBTQ+ liberation and empowerment are inherently intersectional, and we cannot think of two better organizations to partner with in the march toward justice.

CENTER STAGE will again be hosted at the Palm Springs Air Museum, amid the backdrop of stunning views of the San Jacinto Mountains and departing planes, and dazzlingly catered by the iconic LULU California Bistro. Headlining the evening’s entertainment are Jennifer Corday (award-winning and out-and-proud lesbian singer/songwriter) and Brian Justin Crum (top-charting queer singer-songwriter).
