Start off your Memorial Day weekend and celebrate the 103rd anniversary of the American Legion Auxiliary Poppy Day on Friday, May 27 starting at 4 p.m. The event includes dinner, entertainment by Palm Springs’ own Prince Fleet Easton, a special proclamation by Mayor Lisa Middleton, and a color guard presentation.

All active duty, veterans, their friends, and family are welcome. Come see how we support active-duty families, veterans and our community! If your child, parents, partner, spouse, or grandparents served in the military, you can join our auxiliary or Sons of the Legion. It’s only $35 a year and applications are available at the door. Once you are a member, you can sign in your guests at any legion post in the world.
