Mark Talkington is editor and founder of The Post. He is a resident of Palm Springs and has more than 30 years' experience as a reporter, editor, social media director, and content project manager at multiple West Coast newspapers and nationwide online media sites. For 18 years he worked on the homepage of Microsoft’s MSN.com. Prior to that, he was a founding editor at ESPN.com, where he worked after leaving his last newspaper, The Desert Sun. At The Sun, he worked the sports desk and news desk before ending his time there as the front page editor.
